Is there any long term commitment?

Put simply, NO. This would be entirely up to the contractor of how much they would like to invest into estimating/designing a project. We never commit a contractor to a project until we are approved to pursue the estimate. We always give a fixed quote of how many hours it would take to bid the project so the contractor is fully aware of the investment so there are NO HIDDEN COSTS.
